On the front, the bar is stamped with Heraeus, Feingold 999,9, the hand with three roses, the weight and its serial number. The same number appears at the bottom of the card.

The blister holding bar and certificate is about 85 × 54 mm. The bar inside measures 40.4 × 23.3 mm.
Kinegram
The same technology as on passports and banknotes.
It comes from OVD Kinegram AG in Zug. By its own account, Argor‑Heraeus is the only refinery in the world to apply a Kinegram to selected minted bars as a decorative and security feature.

Eines der wichtigsten Sicherheitsmerkmale ist das Hologramm auf der Rückseite eines jeden Goldbarrens der Serie. Das Hologramm ändert seine Farbe beim Bewegen des Barrens und kann nahezu nicht gefälscht werden. Zur letzten Absicherung enthält jeder Barren in seiner Verpackung ein Echtheitszertifikat von Heraeus, welches auch bei einer etwaigen Veräußerung relevant ist.

Der 20g Kinebar Goldbarren Heraeus misst 40,4 x 23,3 x 1,3 mm und ist damit der zweitgrößte Kinebar Goldbarren von Heraeus. Nur noch der 1-Unze-Barren ist um etwa 50% größer. Sachlich nehmen sich die Goldbarren nichts. Alle erreichen mit einer Feinheit von 99,99% den höchsten Qualitätsstandard für Gold.
