- The most elaborate way of striking. The die is polished, the field of the coin mirrors, the motif stands matt on top of it.

- The finished strike is treated afterwards until it looks dark and uneven, like a piece that lay in the ground for a long time.
- High relief
- The motif stands noticeably higher above the field than usual. For that the coin passes through the press several times.
- Partial gilding
- A thin layer of gold is applied to parts of a silver coin so that single areas stand out.

Six angel mintings, from the one-ounce piece in silver to the tiny heart-shaped gold coin, together form a set that connects generations. The five precious metal mintings together contain 46.87 g of precious metal, of which 46.65 g is fine silver and 0.22 g is fine gold. The 2-euro coin completes the set as a colourful collector's piece.
The silver angels: minting artistry in Proof quality
The centrepiece consists of two silver coins made of the purest fine silver, both from Kettner Edelmetalle's exclusive Symbolism series. The obverse depicts a praying angel. His hands are folded in front of his chest, a wreath of flowers adorns his hair, and a delicate halo rests behind his head. The wings stretch across almost the entire surface of the coin, and every feather is individually worked out.
On the reverse, the angel floats barefoot with outstretched arms above the ground, his robe falling in soft folds. In the upper left sits the coat of arms of the Republic of Liberia, below which the face value and the year of issue 2026 are shown.
Why Proof quality? Mirror-like fields and matte reliefs create a strong contrast that makes the design appear almost three-dimensional. With only 5,000 and 2,000 pieces worldwide respectively, both editions are also strictly limited. This is precisely what collectors have always valued.

The 1/200 oz Gold Guardian Angel 2026 depicts the praying angel from the silver coins on a diameter of just 14 millimetres. It, too, is struck in Proof quality and limited to 5,000 pieces. The Guardian Angel Heart Coin stands out through its shape alone: a curved heart, framed by two angel wings. The round Gold Guardian Angel Coin depicts two dreamy cherubs reminiscent of the famous angels of Renaissance painting. Both small gold pieces come in lovingly designed motif cards bearing the inscription "Guardian Angel".
