Semper Fidelis oder auf Deutsch immer treu ist das Motto der United States Marine Corps. Diese wurden am 10.11.1775 gegründet und umfassten 2020 180.958 aktive Soldaten. Das erste Mal kamen die Marinesoldaten während des Unabhängigkeitskrieges zum Einsatz.

Auf der Münze ist ein Marinesoldat in seiner Gardeuniform zu sehen. Im Hintergrund weht die Flagge der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika. Die Rückseite zeigt das Wappen der USA in Teilvergoldung.

Die Münzen werden durch ein angesehenes Unternehmen fremdveredelt. Der Hersteller bezieht sich auf die Münze, nicht auf die Veredelung.
