Withdrawal policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered a product that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Life-Coaching-Finance, Jürgen A. Kettner, Customer Service Department, Schönbühlstr. 9, 78052 Villingen-Schwenningen, Phone: 07930-2699, Email: service@kettner-edelmetalle.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to our shipping warehouse: Schönbühlstraße 9, 78052 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany . The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for examining the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the supply of goods that may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

- for the supply of goods or the provision of services, including financial services, whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period, in particular services related to shares, units in open-ended investment funds within the meaning of Section 1(4) of the Capital Investment Code, and other tradable securities, foreign exchange, derivatives or money market instruments.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
