Do I need to sign up?
No. As soon as your order is complete, you spin the wheel right on the order confirmation. There is no entry fee.
Does the spin decide my gift?
No. Your gift is drawn at random and fixed when your order is completed. The wheel shows you this result.
What is the trial spin?
A preview here on this page. It shows how the spin works and does not win a prize. You start your real spin after your order.
How do I receive my gift?
We add it to your order automatically and free of charge. You do not need to do anything else.
Can I take part more than once?
Yes. Every order from €100 during the promotion period entitles you to its own spin, one spin per order.
What happens if I cancel?
If the order is cancelled or withdrawn, the entitlement to the gift lapses. Cash payment or exchange is not possible.

Terms and conditions for Kettner's Golden Wheel of Fortune (October 2026)
1. Organizer
The promotion is organised by:

2. Eligibility
2.1. Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or older with permanent residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or another EU member state.
2.2. Excluded from participation are:
- Employees of the organiser and their relatives
- Persons entrusted with the execution of the promotion
2.3. The organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and exclude participants who do not meet the requirements.
3. Participation and execution
3.1. Participation in the promotion is voluntary and takes place through a purchase in the organiser's online shop during the promotional period with a minimum order value of €100.
3.2. The promotion period starts on 01/10/2026 at 00:00 and ends on 31/10/2026 at 23:59 (German time).
3.3. Every purchase with a minimum order value of €100 entitles you to one spin of Kettner's Golden Wheel of Fortune.
3.4. Only one spin is possible per order, regardless of the order value.
3.5. The spin is unlocked automatically on the order confirmation once the order has been completed.
3.6. Game mechanics: the prize is fixed when the order is completed. It is drawn at random on the server, according to the winning probability set for each gift.
3.7. The arrangement of the fields on the wheel and the course of the wheel only depict this result. They have no influence on the prize.
3.8. The trial spin on the promotion page is a non-binding preview and does not give rise to any claim to a prize.

4.2. Gifts are assigned at random. Individual gifts are only available in limited quantities; if a gift is out of stock, another gift from the list is assigned.
4.3. There is no entitlement to a specific year for the gifts. Due to year changes, coins may be included with a different year as the prize.
4.4. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded.
5. Prize processing
5.1. The gifts are automatically added to the respective order.
5.2. If the order is cancelled or revoked, the entitlement to the gift lapses.
6. Data protection
6.1. The organiser's privacy policy applies, available in the online shop.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Legal recourse is excluded.
7.2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
7.3. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
