Terms and conditions for our scratch cards - July 2026
1. Organizer
The promotion is organised by:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser")
2. Eligibility
2.1. Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or older with permanent residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or another EU member state.
2.2. Excluded from participation are:
- Employees of the organiser and their relatives
- Persons entrusted with the execution of the promotion
2.3. The organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and exclude participants who do not meet the requirements.
3. Participation and execution
3.1. Participation in the promotion is voluntary and takes place through a purchase in the organiser's online shop during the promotional period with a minimum order value of €100.
3.2. The promotion period begins on 01.07.2026 at 00:00 and ends on 15.07.2026 at 23:59 (German time).
3.3. Every purchase with a minimum order value of €100 entitles you to participate in our scratch cards.
3.4. Only one scratch card per order is possible, regardless of the order value.
3.5. The scratch card is unlocked automatically after the order is completed.

4.2. The scratch card randomly determines which gift is added to the respective order.
4.3. There is no entitlement to a specific year of issue for the scratch-card gifts. Due to year-of-issue changes, a different year may be enclosed as the prize for coins.
5. Winner notification and delivery
5.1. The scratch-card gifts are automatically added to the respective order.
5.2. Cash payment or transfer of prizes to other persons is excluded.
5.3. Shipping costs are calculated according to the regular shipping terms.
6. End of the competition
6.1. The organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the promotion for important reasons.
6.2. Termination for important reasons may occur in particular if:
- technical problems can no longer guarantee proper execution
- manipulation attempts are detected
- legal or factual reasons make proper execution difficult or impossible
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Legal recourse is excluded.
7.2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
7.3. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
7.4. These terms and conditions may be changed by the organiser at any time without separate notification, insofar as this is necessary to resolve inconsistencies in the rules.
