Conditions of participation for Kettner's Gold Panning - September 2026
1. Organizer
The promotion is organised by:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser")
2. Eligibility
2.1. Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 or older with permanent residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or another EU member state.
2.2. Excluded from participation are:
- Employees of the organiser and their relatives
- Persons entrusted with the execution of the promotion
2.3. The organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and exclude participants who do not meet the requirements.
3. Participation and execution
3.1. Participation in the promotion is voluntary and takes place through a purchase in the organiser's online shop during the promotional period with a minimum order value of €100.
3.2. The promotion period starts on 01/09/2026 at 00:00 and ends on 30/09/2026 at 23:59 (German time).
3.3. Every purchase with a minimum order value of €100 entitles you to one gold panning round.
3.4. Only one gold panning round is possible per order, regardless of the order value.
3.5. Gold panning is unlocked automatically after the order is completed.

4.2. Gifts are assigned at random. Individual gifts are only available in limited quantities; if a gift is out of stock, another gift from the list is assigned.
4.3. There is no entitlement to a specific year for the gifts. Due to year changes, coins may be included with a different year as the prize.
4.4. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded.
5. Prize processing
5.1. The gifts are automatically added to the respective order.
5.2. If the order is cancelled or revoked, the entitlement to the gift lapses.
6. Data protection
6.1. The organiser's privacy policy applies, available in the online shop.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Legal recourse is excluded.
7.2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
7.3. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
7.4. These terms and conditions may be changed by the organiser at any time without separate notification, insofar as this is necessary to resolve inconsistencies in the rules.
